Template for Excel® or OpenOffice® for the calculation of a repayment plan. It offers the same functionality as the online repayment plan calculator. You enter the credit sum, conclusion costs, the rate amount and the duration of the credit. The repayment plan and the effective interest are calculated immediately after each input. Changes of interest and extra payments can be entered directly into the table. The calculation of the effective interest takes place with two different methods. Once with the function "IRR" for periodic payments and alternatively with a more complicated function for aperiodic payments (with Excel®). So the effective interest can be calculated with additional repayments. No macros, no VBA programming and without password protection.
